How long has it been since you told yourself, really told yourself, that you’re going to choose you?
To love yourself, to nourish your mind, body, and spirit… not someday, not when life slows down, but now?
When I began my healing journey, I had no idea where to start. I was overwhelmed, lost, and craving direction. Years later, after traveling all over the world, reading, training, retreats, workshops, and a whole lot of honest inner work, I can tell you with all my heart:
There are two foundations you must start with if you want real transformation:
1. AWARENESS - the willingness to finally see yourself clearly.
2. AUDACITY - the courage to show up, take responsibility, and do the work.
This is where everything changes.

Join a small, intimate group of souls right here in the heart of Bakersfield - individuals who are choosing themselves, choosing healing, and choosing to begin 2026 with clarity, courage, and power.
We meet three times in January:
Mondays - January 5, 12, and 19 from 6-8 PM at my Shala (please note this is a 3 day retreat, you must attend all 3 days)
Each gathering is intentionally crafted to support your expansion. Our time together may include:
