Earth Day is an invitation for deep heart opening and grounding with our Mother Earth - to remember what we so easily forget in the busyness of our everyday lives: that we are not separate from nature. We are nature. 🌸

Spring is here. The earth is blooming, renewing, and rising... and so are we, whether we realize it or not.

This is your invitation to step out of the rush and into something real. To gather in community, reconnect to Mama Earth, and receive her healing energy through grounding meditation, yoga, and breath, all held beneath the open sky as the sun sets around us. And just as she so beautifully nourishes us, this is our sacred opportunity to pour that love right back into her. To show up with a full and grateful heart and remind her that she is seen, she is cherished, and she is honored. 🌅

  • Face towel, extra blankets or sweater if you tend to get cold, or pillows for added comfort during meditation

  • Optional: wear athletic wear in shades of brown, green, or blue to honor the colors of the Earth, or choose any color that resonates with you and your connection to the Earth

  • Optional: heart shaped sunglasses are always welcomed and make it fun!
