About the event

Hi, my name is Sonia, and I’m passionate about creating mindful, heart-centered spaces that help us reconnect, release, and begin again with intention.

Join us in Bakersfield for Let Go & Begin Again: A Guided Journey Into 2026 - Sound Bath + Intention Workshop, an immersive year-end experience designed to help you close 2025 with clarity and step into the new year aligned and empowered.

During this event, you’ll be guided through a deeply restorative sound bath and meditation to help you let go of what no longer serves you. We’ll then move into a 2026 Intention Board Creation Session, all materials provided, giving you a beautiful, tangible way to set your intentions for the year ahead.

Come relax, reset, and realign as we welcome a fresh beginning together.

What to Bring:

✔️ Yoga mat or blanket/towel (if you don’t have a mat)

✔️ Water

✔️ Journal and pen

✔️ Optional: Face towel, eye pillow (or something to cover your eyes), blankets (the meditative state can sometimes lower body temperature), or pillows for extra comfort during meditation

✔️ Comfortable, loose clothing that allows your energy to flow freely

See you on your mat :)
