Have you ever carried a dream quietly inside you? Something you've always wanted to explore, but haven't quite given yourself permission to pursue? What if pursuing it was the truest form of self love you could practice?

Self love isn't only softness turned inward. It's what happens when we actually follow the pull of our own becoming. When we create the reality we desire. Honor the soul's whisper. Join Sonia Kaur and Emily Wisdom for an intimate women's circle, a sacred space, held for only 16 women, to tend to your inner garden and step into your dreams as reality. Through yoga, sound healing, breath, meditation, and a sharing circle we'll move together, release what's no longer serving you, and root deeper into the life you're here to create.

This gathering is born from Sonia and Emily's shared love for holding space where women can reconnect with their power and their dreams. With such a small circle, this will be a safely held, personal experience, and we would be honored to share it with you.

If you're ready to love yourself fully, come home to yourself, and step fully into the reality you desire, we'll be tending our gardens together.
