Cancellation Policy

By signing, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Nature of Services: Sonia is a wellness practitioner, not a licensed medical or mental health provider. Sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. No specific outcome is guaranteed. Health Disclosure: I am physically and mentally fit to participate. I have reviewed and disclosed any relevant conditions including heart disease, high blood pressure, respiratory issues, diabetes, epilepsy, seizures, pregnancy, recent surgery, PTSD, trauma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or severe depression. Where any apply, I have received professional clearance. I will notify Sonia of any health changes before future sessions. Substance Use: I will not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Sonia may end any session if this is suspected, without refund. Voluntary Participation & Integration: I may stop at any time and take full personal responsibility for how I process any experience arising during or after a session. Release of Liability: I release Sukhvir Kaur (Sonia) and her agents from all claims, damages, or injuries including death arising from my participation. Maximum recoverable damages shall not exceed the session fee paid. I agree to indemnify her from any related costs and attorney fees. Confidentiality & Recording: All personal information is confidential except where required by law or to prevent harm. No recordings by either party without mutual consent. Right to Refuse & Refer: Sonia may end or decline any session in her sole judgment without refund, and may refer clients to licensed professionals when appropriate. Emergency Care: I authorize Sonia to contact emergency services on my behalf and accept responsibility for any associated medical costs. California Civil Code §1542 Waiver: I expressly waive §1542 protections: "A general release does not extend to claims the releasing party does not know or suspect to exist at the time of executing the release." Electronic Signature & Governing Law: My e-signature is legally binding under California UETA (Civil Code §1633.1). This waiver is governed by California law and disputes shall be resolved in Kern County courts. This constitutes the entire agreement; if any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Acknowledgment: I am 18 or older, mentally sound, and physically fit. I sign freely and voluntarily as a complete release of liability to the greatest extent permitted by law.
