The true essence of yoga is the union of mind, body, and spirit. But over time—especially in the West—this sacred practice has been diluted, turned into a workout, a trend, a checkbox on a fitness tracker.

For years, I did yoga just to burn calories on my Apple Watch—until I met my teacher, Monique Rogers. She changed everything. She showed me the soul of yoga… and helped me remember mine.

Now, I’m here to share that same transformation with you.

My approach to yoga is not about perfection or performance. It’s about coming home to yourself. On your mat, you’ll find space to breathe, to process, to release, and to heal. You’ll reconnect with your body, still your mind, and nourish your spirit—all through intentional, heart-led movement.
